Nastassja is a Lomi Lomi and Remedial massage therapist, practicing since 2014. Her holistic approach to bodywork aims to resolve physical pain at its root cause and prevent its reoccurrence with corrective exercise and lifestyle changes.

Nastassja works with a reverence for the innate wisdom of the human body and a fascination for the relationship between mind, body, and spirit. Her treatments interlace Remedial, Swedish, and Lomi Lomi techniques with mindfulness principles to facilitate optimal healing and alignment. Sessions are designed with careful consideration for the unique needs and preferences of each individual including any psychosocial factors. Nastassja is very passionate about helping her clients feel connected and whole within their bodies, to prioritise their wellbeing and live their best life.

Sometimes, our bodies hold tension in response to physical and/or emotional experiences as a way of armouring or protecting us.  With this in mind, treatments always combine lots of flowing and nurturing strokes with deep pressure where required; inviting, rather than forcing muscles to release tension.
